Rand Refinery: Graduate Internship Programme 2022/2023

The Rand Refinery Graduate Development Programme is designed based on the 70:20:10 Model of Learning and Development which focuses on the three types of learning: Hands-on-work and experience-based (70%), asking questions and interacting with fellow colleagues (20%) and formal classroom training (10%)


Minimum Requirement

    • Must be a South African by birth/naturalisation
    • Must be 18 years or older
    • Completed qualification in relevant field at registered institution
    • Must hold an undergraduate degree (Post graduate would be advantageous)
