Responsibilities

  • Primary responsibility is customer support and services
  • Respond to all emails and calls from clients
  • Familiarise yourself with support policies and procedures
  • Other Admin duties as assigned by manager

Requirements

  • Matric
  • Management experience and leadership qualities
  • Friendly presence and helpful attitude
  • Ability to utilise the applications for Microsoft Office and Excel Weekly Reports
  • Good problem solving skills
  • Ability to prioritise and multi task
  • Utilise skill and resource available to solve problems
  • Ability to handle constantly changing flow of traffic
  • Ability to work under pressure is of utmost importance
