-Sorting out post sent to our fax numbers and refunds email address.
-Handling telephonic and written enquiries.
-Attending to internal and external enquiries (emails and telephone).
-Liaising with clients for new banking details.
-Assisting with lapses by checking latest premium received
-Assisting other departments with telephone inquiries on inforce policies.
-Requesting refunds for Complaints Department.
-Requesting refunds for workflow (SAG).
-Requesting complaint refund requests.
-2 – 3 Years’ administration experience.
-Excellent communication skills.
-Computer literate (MS Office).
-Good interpersonal skills.
-Be client friendly and service orientated.
