Job Title: Office Admin Intern
Location: Pretoria, Gauteng

Job Description

Main Purpose of the Job: The purpose of the internship programme is to provide office administrative and secretarial support to the Corporate Communication and Marketing unit.

 

Responsibilities

 Perform administrative and secretarial tasks
 Perform diary management duties
 Attend to telephonic calls, direct calls and record messages
 Coordinate travel arrangements
 Administer procurement and payment processes

 

Requirements

 Matric (NQF level 4) and a three year tertiary qualification in Office Administration (NQF Level 6)
