Job Description

Medihelp is committed to develop talent, and therefore offers a number of learners the unique opportunity to undergo/participate in a Sales Agent Learnership sponsored by Inseta and Medihelp.

A monthly allowance is payable for the duration of the learnership and learners will have the opportunity to have an increase in allowance if certain milestones are reached.

  • The learnership includes an opportunity to obtain, amongst other, the following:
  • A 120 credit qualification in Wealth Management;
  • Theoretical and practical training in Medihelp’s Client Services department;
  • Theoretical and practical training in the sales environment
  • Class of Business Training; and
  • Product specific training.



  • Applicants must have completed Grade 12 within the last seven years, with English, Afrikaans and Maths Literacy as subjects.
  • Only unemployed applicants will be considered.
  • A minimum of two years’ work experience in sales or customer care.
  • Computer literate in MS Office.

Must possess the following skills:

  • Good communication skills in English and Afrikaans (read, write & speak).
  • Able to function well under pressure;
  • Able to handle conflict; – Self-motivated, – Pro-active, results-oriented; – Ability to work with minimum direction;
  • Good interpersonal relations; and
  • Customer focus.
  • Applicants must be South African citizens.
  • Applicants must be willing to undergo a selection process
