Job Description

Main Purpose of The Role:

Provide Administrative support to the Executive Team

 

Responsibilities

  • Handling an extensive portfolio of personal, secretarial and administrative duties.
  • Co-ordination of conferences, workshops, seminars, etc.
  • Compilation of letters, reports, business proposals and preparation of presentations.
  • Liaison with clients, suppliers, service providers and VIP guests.
  • Travel and accommodation arrangements.
  • General Executive support functions.
  • Handling sudden, unexpected situations requiring maturity.
  • Management of sales activities and reporting
  • Assist with bi- monthly Management meetings and taking minutes.
  • Arrange functions and coordination of functions.
  • QSHE co-ordination and follow ups in the branch.
  • Manage grocery and stationary requirements for the branch.
  • Perform any ad-hoc duties as required by immediate supervisor or management

 

Requirements

  • Matric / Grade 12
  • Plus Logistics degree an advantage but not essential
  • 2 years experience in a managerial secretarial capacity
  • 5 years working experience
  • Computer packages – Office 565(Teams, OneNote, Forms), MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Drivers license and own vehicle
  • Ability to work overtime as and when required
