Job Description

To assist the Country Manager, in all aspects of secretarial and administrative requirements.

To provide administrative and operational support to the sales teams. This role requires collaboration with cross functional teams to ensure the sales cycle is as seamless as possible.

Job Responsibilities



  • Diary management, fielding telephone calls and handling of mail and couriers for the Vice President
  • Liaison with internal and external customers via the telephone, e-mail and potentially face-to-face as required
  • Liaison with our travel provider to coordinate flights, transport and hotels as required for business activities;
  • Assist visitors with hotel and transportation arrangements as and when required
  • Planning and organizing internal and external events throughout the region
  • Coordinate logistical arrangements for Management meetings
  • Provide logistical administrative support for internal meetings and any ad hoc meetings as and when required
  • Creating and proof-reading documents prior to publication
  • Assisting with preparation of presentations designed for customers, prospective customers, internal audiences and partners
  • Attending meetings, monitoring outcomes and issuing follow up action plans.
  • Tenders, qualification process and renewals’ documentation for all private and public customers
  • Prepare documentations for tenders and qualification requests from our customers
  • Prepare internal docs for maintenance renewal contracts related to HV on site personnel
  • Interacts directly with customers and channel partners as required
  • Participate in country sales meetings as required

Requirements

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor degree or similar formal education
  • 3-5 years of administrative work experience
