This is a temporary position

Main purpose of the job: To assist with all administration duties and ensuring the smooth running of the
projects.

Key performance areas

  • Filing and Photo copying documents
  • Answering and transferring calls to the respective people
  • Data Capturing
  • Responsible for delivery of files, documents, correspondence for study staff
  • Organise meetings
  • Take and distribute minutes
  • Manage petty cash re – imbursements
  • Manage participant travel cost re – imbursements
  • Stock ordering and maintenance of stock inventory
  • General Office administration

 

Minimum Requirements

  • Matric Certificate
  • Certificate/Diploma in office administration
  • Intermediate Ms Excel and Ms Access training
  • Valid driver’s licence
  • More than 1 year in clinical research

 

Competencies

  • Ability to speak different local languages including Tswana, Xhosa, Zulu & also Sepedi
  • Counselling experience
  • Attention to detail
  • Empathy and Understanding to patients
