You will provide overall support to Finance Department; you will perform variety of clerical duties to keep the office running smoothly. Our ideal candidate is an efficient, dynamic and corporative individual who can perform well while juggling multiple task with little or no direct supervision.

– Stock Take

  • Send stock instructions a week before stock take
  • Print stock sheets a week before stock take

– Stock take day

  • Capturing of stock sheet in the system
  • Reports as requested by the line manager
  • Compare the report with hand written stock sheet
  • Make sure all stock sheets are signed
  • Do fuel recon

– Follow up on open orders every Tuesday

– Month end reports:

  • Preparation and submission of production financial statement
  • Preparation and submission of monthly free stock
  • Preparation and submission of Repair and Maintenance reports
  • Mill year on year comparison
  • Site variance report
  • Input sheet report
  • Adhoc



  • Grade 12
  • Excellent computer literacy essential: Excel and Oracle
  • 2 – 3 years financial admin experience
  • Experience working in FMCG
